Factory HR – Male

Requirements

1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
2. Interest in HR functions within a manufacturing setting.
3. Basic understanding of HR practices, labor laws and administrative processes.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work.

HR Assistant – Male/Female

Requirements

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
2. 6 months experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
3. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Undergraduates who are willing to start HR career are also encouraged to apply for internship.
