Qualifications required for F&B manager

  1. Diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
  5. Good communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
  7. Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel systems will be an added advantage.
