Executive – Treasury and Corporate Finance

Key responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow planning and management.
2. Coordinate with banks and provide required information and documentation as requested.
3. Maintain proper records and documentation for all treasury transactions.
4. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
5. Ensure compliance with internal treasury controls and external regulatory requirements.
6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
7. Carry out project feasibility studies and evaluations.
8. Develop, review, and monitor overhead budgets and actual expenditures.

Basic qualification and requirements

1. Candidates should have part qualifications in CIMA, ACCA, or CA examinations.
2. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in corporate finance, corporate planning, or finance functions is mandatory.
3. Computer literacy and a high level of presentation and communication skills are required.
4. Strong financial planning skills and good knowledge of management accounting practices.
5. Prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours to achieve set targets.
