Job profile

1. Support development and execution of sustainable finance strategies and products
2. Identify and classify green financing facilities in line with ESG principles
3. Build staff awareness on CBSL green finance taxonomy and system tagging
4. Ensure compliance with sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements
5. Support sustainability disclosures, including SLFRS S1 & S2 reporting

Candidate profile

1. Prior experience in banking, finance or sustainability will be added advantage.
2. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in sustainability, environment, sociology, or related field
3. Sound knowledge of ESG and sustainable finance
