Job profile

The role supports business planning by preparing budgets and forecasts, developing financial models, and analyzing financial and operational data to support decision-making. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, preparing management reports and dashboards, conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting scenario analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate business planning reports while contributing to process improvements.

Candidate profile

1. Part-qualified or fully qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) or equivalent professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
2. Audit or financial analysis experience will be a strong advantage.
3. 2-5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, management accounting, or related roles.
4. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
5. Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling techniques.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
8. Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
