Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in color matching for sample development.
2. Experience working with internationally recognized buyers.
3. Ability to work under short lead times.
4. Strong knowledge of screen-printing inks, shades, and color accuracy.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Attention to detail and quality standards.
