Executive – Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive – Sales to actively drive land sales, build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct and coordinate property site visits, and guide clients through documentation and property transfer processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Core responsibilities

  1. Facilitate customer site visits and promote and sell available land properties.
  2. Follow up on customer inquiries and support achieving sales targets.
  3. Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain required documentation and approvals.
  4. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information.

Qualifications and experience

  1. Diploma in sales, marketing or equivalent qualification.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, including field operations, with strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
  3. Experience in customer handling and coordination with external authorities.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Customer-focused with good sales and negotiation abilities.
  6. Good coordination and organizational skills.
  7. Basic computer literacy (MS Office and email communication).
  8. Valid riding/driving license with willingness to travel for site visits when required.
