Executive – Sales Force Automation
Role profile
- Manage and maintain sales force automation (SFA) systems to support sales operations.
- Configure system workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Provide user support and training to sales teams on SFA tools and processes.
- Monitor and ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and regular audits.
- Analyze sales processes and recommend automation and system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reporting.
Personal profile
- Degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations / CRM / SFA system management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
