Executive – Production

Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina. We are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.

Job profile

1. Ensure the RM/PM availability for the daily production plan.
2. Ensure the material & energy reconciliation in the section.
3. Achieve all the established KPIs at the lines.
4. Organizing and directing workforce for process efficiency and productivity improvements in the section.
5. Maintain the good GMP practices in the premises to comply with ISO, SLS, AIB, HACCP, QAS and other food safety management requirements.
6. Develop the next level employees to the function responsibility and career path.
7. Report generation and providing management information.
8. Attend for machine breakdowns and minimize the downtimes.
9. Arrange corrective maintenance and the preventive maintenance of the production lines.
10. Execute production transactions in the SAP and manual documents.
11. Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Personal profile

1. Engineering graduate or diploma holder in mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
3. Experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance.
4. Analytical skills, communication skills and should be a good team player.
5. Working experience in food and beverage industry an added advantage.
6. Ability to work in shift operations.
7. Age should be below 35 years.
