Key responsibilities

1. Work with clients, sales, design, and operation teams to create label concepts, select materials, and develop samples as per customer required specifications.
2. Ensure artwork and specifications meet printing requirements, choose printing methods, and oversee trial runs.
3. Ensure labels meet industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
4. Estimate production costs, source materials, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Research market trends, explore new technologies, and develop sustainable label solutions.

Qualifications and experience

1. A bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product development executive.
3. Experience in apparel industry is a plus.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
