Ceylon Catch Pvt Ltd is a premier seafood export company located in the Dankotuwa area. We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality seafood to the global market. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Executive Officer to join our operations team.

The role

This is a versatile role that sits at the heart of our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring our resources are tracked, our premises are secure, and our production standards are monitored.

Key responsibilities

1. Inventory & stock management: Maintain, update, and audit accurate records for raw materials (RM), packing materials, fuel, and consumable items.
2. Security administration: Oversee security protocols, manage gate logs, and handle administrative tasks related to site safety and personnel access.
3. Production liaison: Conduct regular visits to the production area to verify stock usage and ensure administrative alignment with floor operations.
4. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly stock reconciliation reports for the management team.

Requirements

1. Experience: Previous experience in store management, logistics, or administrative operations (experience in the food/export industry is a plus) will be added advantage.
2. Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting/inventory software.
3. Attributes: Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
4. Location: Must be able to commute easily to our facility in Dankotuwa.
