Executive Officer – Premier Cards

Responsibilities

  1. Handle all Premier Cardholder (High Net Worth Segment) requests and queries received via all customer touch points.
  2. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with a superior service delivered within given SLAs.
  3. Coordinate between other units and departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled within given SLAs.
  4. Conduct and participate in upsell, cross-sell, and value-addition projects at the Card Centre.
  5. Continuous improvement of processes and self-development to exceed expectations of customers and management.
  6. Manage internal and external communication channels with customers, staff, and entities.
  7. Act as second in command of the cards customer service unit.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in banking with exposure to high net worth cards customer service.
  2. Full or part completion of a bachelor’s degree in banking / finance or equivalent qualification from a recognized professional body.
  3. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  4. Strong inter-personnel and negotiation skills.
