Executive – Human Resources (Female)

Candidate profile

1. Age below 30 years
2. Professional qualification or degree in human resource management from a recognized institute or university
3. Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in HR operations
4. Ability to work independently and handle HR functions with minimum supervision
5. Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, EPF/ETF administration, and statutory form filling
6. Hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
7. Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. People-centric personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
10. Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
11. Positive attitude, professionalism and team spirit
