Executive – Human Resources
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and talent-focused professional to handle our talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will primarily drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet our expanding manpower demands, while managing key day-to-day Human Resources functions and employee relations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to shortlisting and interviewing, ensuring talent pipelines are filled efficiently.
- Manage and execute intensive recruitment drives for plant operations, production, and support staff to support business growth.
- Manage the onboarding, induction, and orientation processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Manage interactions with relevant parties, including department heads, external recruitment sources, and candidates, to streamline the hiring process and maintain positive employee relations.
- Manage and maintain accurate recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and comprehensive employee personnel files.
Key requirements & qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CIPM, PQHRM) or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record in mass recruitment and sourcing, preferably within a manufacturing or food & beverage environment.
