Executive – HRIS & Analytics

Job description

Requirement gathering & analysis:

  1. Actively participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze business requirements for the new HRIS.
  2. Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  3. Assist in identifying and defining key system configurations, workflows, and integrations.

User acceptance testing (UAT):

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality against business requirements.
  2. Document and track all identified defects, issues, and bugs using a designated tracking system.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders and end-users to ensure all business processes are accurately represented and tested in the new system.
  4. Provide feedback and insights to the project team to resolve issues and improve system performance.

System monitoring & support:

  1. Monitor the system’s performance, data integrity, and security on an ongoing basis.
  2. Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Provide support during system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials for end-users.

Collaboration & communication:

  1. Work closely with the HR team, IT department, and the HRIS vendor to ensure smooth transition and operational efficiency.
  2. Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.

Applicant profile

  1. Proven experience in system implementation projects, specifically with UAT.
  2. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management).
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and validation.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
