Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, psychology, or a related field (professional HR qualifications will be an added advantage).
- 2 years of strong hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an HR firm handling multiple hiring assignments.
- Experience working in an HR firm handling multiple white-collar and blue-collar hiring assignments will be an added advantage.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, job portals, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, principals, sectional heads, and interview panels, ensuring timely closure.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, trackers, databases, and reports while ensuring consistent follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Assist in talent development and employee growth initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Contribute to training and development activities, ensuring continuous learning and employee development.
