Executive – Freight Forwarding Documentation
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and telesales activities.
- Follow up on client referrals to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding: air freight, sea freight, and land transport.
- Handle customs clearance documentation and coordinate with Sri Lanka Customs.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners for cargo movement.
- Track shipments, update clients, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
