Executive – Destination Counselling

Key responsibilities

1. Provide expert counselling to students on education opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea.
2. Guide students on course selection, university options, admissions and visa processes.
3. Achieve and exceed student recruitment and conversion targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and institutional partners.
5. Stay updated on destination-specific requirements, trends and market insights.
6. Ensure accurate documentation and smooth application processing.

Candidate profile

1. Only female candidates below 40 years of age.
2. Result-oriented with a strong sales and counselling mindset.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Outgoing, friendly and confident personality.
5. Experience in education consultancy (local or international) is preferred.
6. Prior knowledge or experience in handling Singapore, Malaysia or South Korea destinations will be a distinctive advantage.
7. Bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not compulsory.
