Responsible for managing and converting corporate client leads into sales by maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent customer support. The role involves handling sales inquiries related to VMOTO products, conducting regular follow-ups with potential clients, and ensuring timely reporting to support overall sales targets.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum educational qualifications are advance level.
- Minimum of 3-year sales experience in corporate sales preferred.
- Basic IT skills are must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer care experience.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Be committed to ‘exceptional’ customer service at all times.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Valid riding and driving license.
Executive – Showroom Sales
Responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves regular follow-ups with prospective clients, identifying new marketing opportunities, coordinating with marketing initiatives, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; knowledge of electric two-wheelers will be an added advantage.
- Experience in corporate sales is an advantage.
- Basic IT skills are required (email, internet, MS Office, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- A valid riding license is mandatory.
