Executive Coordinator – Business Development

Key responsibilities

  1. Implement enrollment strategies to achieve the annual intake targets for student population and programme revenue.
  2. Guide students through the enrollment steps, register them for the lectures, and handle any administrative-related tasks.
  3. Meeting or exceeding enrollment and revenue goals.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospective student segments.
  5. Lead and oversee the entire student registration process, ensuring smooth and efficient enrollment for all programmes.
  6. Provide prospective students with highest level of customer service.

Qualifications and skills

  1. A degree in management from a recognised educational institute or an equivalent qualification.
  2. A minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
  3. Previous experience in managing students and student counselling will be an added advantage.
  4. Be sales-minded, self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
  5. Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both oral and written English and Sinhala.
  6. Ability to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  7. Be a good team player.
