Executive – Administration

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Executive – Administration.

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
  2. Assist with quotation processing, invoice handling, and coordination with vendors and service providers
  3. Support the planning and execution of office events and staff functions
  4. Maintain accurate administrative records and support internal communications
  5. Support facility management, utility payments, and compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications & experience

  1. G.C.E. A/L or higher qualification; a qualification in administration, management, or a related field is an added advantage
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or facilities coordination will be an added advantage
  3. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Good digital literacy; basic AI tool usage will be an added advantage
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  7. Candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas will have an added advantage
