Engineering Manager / Assistant Manager – Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented engineering professional to lead our engineering operations, drive project excellence, and ensure exceptional technical service delivery.

Qualifications & skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic engineering or a related field
2. 5–8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role
3. Strong expertise in electrical systems, system design, and troubleshooting
4. Hands-on experience in commissioning, technical issue resolution, and performance optimization
5. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and using tools such as AutoCAD or similar software
6. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage projects effectively
7. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
8. Ability to train and mentor teams while handling multiple responsibilities under pressure
9. Good understanding of safety standards and engineering best practices
10. Willingness to travel for site visits and project-related work
