1. NDT, HNDE, NDES in civil engineering or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
2. Minimum of 02 years working experience in a similar capacity.
3. Previous working experience in the construction industry would be a definite advantage.
4. Age below 35 years.

Supervisors – civil

1. NCT in civil engineering or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
2. Minimum of 02 years working experience in a similar capacity.
3. Previous working experience in the construction industry would be a definite advantage.
4. Age below 35 years.
5. Personnel without prior experience will be considered as supervisor trainees.
