Principal responsibilities
- Design and design optimization of telecommunication structures.
- To engage with internal and external parties for progress monitoring all passive infrastructure such as lamp poles and etc.
- Ensure completion of construction of structures.
- Product and vendor evaluation.
- To support analyzing, benchmarking current cost structures of existing all systems and regular discussion with team/product vendors for feedback about all the installed/new systems and prepare recommendations for the future roll outs /coordinate discussions on exploring new and alternate resources to reduce the capex.
- Generation of purchase orders (PO).
- Roll out dashboard updates, circulation & issue tracker follow up to ensure monthly delivery target achievements referring to all ESLL implementation projects.
- Maintain liaison with different government bodies like municipalities, roads development authority, private organizations, armed forces etc. to ensure lamp poles sites acquisition at their premises and guide SSU accordingly.
- Maintain and upload track records of cost related to structure development.
- Techno commercial analysis.
Person specification
- Graduate in civil engineering from a reputed national university. PMP certification will be considered as an added advantage.
- Full or partly qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience is required in similar field.
- Experienced in project management methodologies and processes, progress reporting, risk management, project management tools, project control techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting, managing complex problem related with the power system & site acquisition with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills & team working.
- Fundamental knowledge on GSM system, commercial, project and time management skills, technology and administration, analytical skills, ability to work in a pressurized environment, and experience.
