Engineer assistant – MEP

Key requirements
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in MEP site operations or construction projects.
- Experience in construction projects (MEP) will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle site documentation, reporting, and material coordination.
- Should be able to travel to various project sites. (Travel and meal expenses will be provided by the company.)
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at site.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and site operations.
- Conduct inspections and monitor installation works as per drawings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material usage, productivity, and project schedules.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and support project completion activities.
