IT operation support
- End-user support & helpdesk operations
- Hardware maintenance & repair printer & connectivity
- Support outlet device configuration & head office support (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile scanners, tablets (TABs), and outlet PCs)
- Log, track, and update all incidents and service requests in the helpdesk system
- Support outlet users who bring devices to head office for troubleshooting and repairs
Skills
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
Educational qualifications
- Diploma in IT / computer hardware / network administration or equivalent
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles
