General requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen cleanliness
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Proper storage and monitor of raw ingredients level
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to cook independently
- Meal planning (daily meals)
- Preparing a wide range of cuisines (local and international)
- Age above 45
