Digital Marketing Executive

Join our team and lead the digital growth journey of our premium Tea brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize websites, content, promotions, UI/UX and performance.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and digital channels.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories and engagement activities.
- Manage Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, PPC, boosted promotions and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct SEO, keyword research and optimize campaigns to drive traffic, sales and brand awareness.
- Monitor analytics, conversions and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and execute email marketing initiatives & presentations.
- Coordinate with IT HQ on hosting, domains, integrations and technical matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or professional qualification in digital marketing, marketing, IT, business communication, media or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce and website development.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, PPC, SEO and Google Analytics.
- Ability to independently handle digital channels, campaigns, reporting and brand promotions.
- Ability to work with sales, product development and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in AI tools, Canva, WordPress will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
