Digital Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator
The role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented digital marketing & customer service coordinator to support our growing online business operations, customer engagement activities, and brand promotions.
Reporting line
Reports to the marketing manager / operations manager.
Key responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Update website and online business platforms regularly.
- Monitor social media analytics, reach, engagement, and performance.
- Support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Reply to customer messages, calls, and emails professionally.
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements and after-sales customer support.
- Support outlet operations and online business activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Basic computer literacy and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or customer service will be an added advantage.
