Digital Marketer – Meta Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketer who has strong experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should understand campaign budgeting, lead generation, CPA control, and performance optimization.

Position: Digital Marketer / Meta Campaign Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
2. Plan, monitor, and optimize ad budgets to get the best results.
3. Track and improve CPA — cost per acquisition and cost per lead.
4. Create and manage lead generation campaigns, call campaigns, and conversion campaigns.
5. Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
6. Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and placements.
7. Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign results.
8. Monitor campaign spending and ensure budgets are used effectively.
9. Suggest new strategies to increase quality leads and reduce wasted ad spend.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Meta campaign management.
2. Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, lead forms, call ads, and retargeting.
3. Strong knowledge of ad budget planning, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and conversion tracking.
4. Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
5. Experience in service-based lead generation will be an added advantage.
6. Must be able to work with targets and performance KPIs.
7. Basic creative sense for ad copy, images, and video ideas.

Preferred skills

1. Experience in visa, travel, real estate, education, or consultancy campaigns.
2. Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or landing page optimization will be an advantage.
3. Ability to coordinate with graphic designers and content creators.

Junior Property Sales Agent

We are looking for energetic and confident Junior Property Sales Agents to join our real estate team. The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls for property sales and rentals, follow up with clients, and support the team in converting property leads into successful appointments and deals.

Position: Property Sales Agent – Real Estate Sales & Rentals

Key responsibilities

1. Handle inbound calls from property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
2. Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and potential clients.
3. Promote available properties for sale and rent.
4. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
5. Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments.
6. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
7. Follow up with clients until the deal is closed.
8. Coordinate with senior agents, property owners, and internal teams.
9. Provide professional customer service at all times.

Requirements

1. Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
2. Confidence to speak with clients over the phone.
3. Interest in real estate, property sales, and rentals.
4. Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead records.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
6. School leavers and candidates with sales/customer service experience are welcome.

Preferred skills

1. Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, or real estate will be an added advantage.
2. Ability to work with monthly targets and performance KPIs.
3. Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
