We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager that is a maestro at developing digital marketing strategies while building and maintaining an impactful digital presence across all relevant channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and executing campaigns related to SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising
- End-to-end digital project management till project completion
- Developing effective digital marketing strategies while identifying customer wants and needs
- Delivering results and client satisfaction while sticking to tight deadlines
- Measuring and efficiently reporting performances of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs
- Identifying and keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices
- Optimizing spending and performance based on insights
- Planning and measuring conversion tests and identifying conversion points
- Evaluating end-to-end customer experience and suggesting improvements
- Leading the digital marketing team through planning, managing, and delegating tasks.
- Liaising with clients to provide project updates and end-of-campaign results
- Interpreting client briefs to provide results that are consistent with client expectations
- QA campaigns and projects while foreseeing errors and risks
The must-haves:
Experience
- Skilled in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns
- Project management experience in a digital agency
- Experience communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Account management/project management (Liaising with clients to maintain relationships)
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Skilled in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Coaching and mentoring
- Ability to manage processes: SEO/SEM and social media
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Be organized, demonstrate attention to detail, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a similar or relevant field
- Proven work experience in digital marketing of at least 5 years
The nice-to-haves:
- Financial planning and strategy
- Experience with project management applications such as Plutio and Slack
- Sound knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
- Sound knowledge of WordPress
