Digital Brand & Growth Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Brand & Growth Manager to manage and grow our online presence, particularly across Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is passionate about content, fashion, and digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and grow the brand’s presence on Instagram and TikTok
2. Plan and execute engaging content, including reels and short-form videos
3. Coordinate and direct content shoots (locations, styling, concepts)
4. Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators
5. Run and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads)
6. Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy

Requirements

1. 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
2. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms
3. Passion for fashion and current trends
4. Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
