Debt & Recovery Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on outstanding debts and ensure timely collections.
2. Develop and implement recovery strategies in line with company policies.
3. Maintain updated records of accounts, payments, and recovery actions.
4. Liaise with clients to negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes.
5. Prepare regular reports on recovery performance and delinquent accounts.
6. Recommend accounts for legal action or write-off when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Professional qualification in Accounting or related field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
3. Proven experience in debt collection, credit control, or recovery operations.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
5. High level of integrity, persistence, and attention to detail.
6. Possess a valid motorbike riding license.
