Customer Service Officer

The job role

1. Providing day-to-day shipping and clearance updates to customers
2. Prepare and process shipping documents
3. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
4. Update customers on shipment status and maintain accurate records in internal systems
5. Monitor and track import/export shipments until final delivery
6. Assist in customs documentation and follow-up processes

Requirements

1. Age between 18 – 28 years
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail
6. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel & MS Word) with strong computer literacy
7. G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L qualifications required
8. Applicants must provide subject-wise results, year, and index number
9. 2025 A/L candidates with results are also encouraged to apply
