Customer Relationships Officer
About this role
As a customer relationship assistant – projects, you will play a key role in supporting project coordination and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, assisting in project-related activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role also involves handling administrative tasks, preparing regular status reports, and ensuring timely updates across stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and arranging on-time deliveries.
- Maintaining regular communication with field staff and customers.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Handling administrative tasks.
- Preparing and presenting regular status reports.
Qualifications
- Having 1-2 years’ experience in sales; customer service will be preferred.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Assisting in coordinating project-related activities.
- Having successfully completed the A/L examination / obtained a diploma in business management would be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an added advantage for handling administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for preparing and presenting regular status reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
