Key responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming leads through the company CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and guide them through the initial sales process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all client communications and lead progress within the CRM system.
- Provide daily updates to the management team on sales activities, lead engagement, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare and submit daily and periodic sales performance reports based on client engagement and successful conversions.
- Social media campaign management is a distinct advantage.
Required skills and qualifications
- Female candidate is preferred. (Age 22-35)
- Higher diploma in customer relationship or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and the sales team.
- Previous working experience in a real estate call center or property sales environment will be an added advantage.
