Customer relation executive (real estate)

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and respond to incoming leads through the company CRM system in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and guide them through the initial sales process.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationship.
  4. Maintain accurate and updated records of all client communications and lead progress within the CRM system.
  5. Provide daily updates to the management team on sales activities, lead engagement, and follow-ups.
  6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling and appointment scheduling.
  7. Prepare and submit daily and periodic sales performance reports based on client engagement and successful conversions.
  8. Social media campaign management is a distinct advantage.

Required skills and qualifications

  1. Female candidate is preferred. (Age 22-35)
  2. Higher diploma in customer relationship or related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good organizational and reporting abilities.
  5. Ability to work with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with management and the sales team.
  7. Previous working experience in a real estate call center or property sales environment will be an added advantage.
