We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Care Executive – Front Office to provide outstanding service, manage front office operations, and contribute to building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Job descriptions

  1. Greet customers professionally and manage front office reception activities.
  2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  3. Coordinate with the workshop, service advisors, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  4. Provide customers with information on after-sales services, Sterling products and services, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer awareness.
  5. Effectively handle walk-in service bookings, reservations, and customer follow-ups to maintain positive customer relationships.
  6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights for improving service standards.
  7. Prepare, update, and maintain front office operational reports as requested by the line manager.
  8. Demonstrate a positive attitude and align with the company culture to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Diploma, higher national diploma, or any other equivalent qualification in business management, customer relations, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  4. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems.
  6. Candidates should preferably be under 35 years of age.
