We are on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Care Executive – Front Office to provide outstanding service, manage front office operations, and contribute to building strong, lasting customer relationships.
Job descriptions
- Greet customers professionally and manage front office reception activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with the workshop, service advisors, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide customers with information on after-sales services, Sterling products and services, and seasonal promotions to enhance customer awareness.
- Effectively handle walk-in service bookings, reservations, and customer follow-ups to maintain positive customer relationships.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights for improving service standards.
- Prepare, update, and maintain front office operational reports as requested by the line manager.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and align with the company culture to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma, higher national diploma, or any other equivalent qualification in business management, customer relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or front office role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems.
- Candidates should preferably be under 35 years of age.
