Customer Acquisition Manager

Prestige Club – a lifestyle offers & lifestyle offers draw Digital Start up, is looking to hire a Customer Acquisition Manager to build the company and drive growth. You will own product development and end-to-end customer acquisition and scale what works. This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, and experimentation with a strong bias toward action and will have a direct impact on company growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the digital product development process – website & app
- Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion for all channels including website, mobile app, search, social media, press/PR, HNW sales & brand ambassadors
- Set up and manage analytics to track performance
- Work closely with founder, IT development team & merchant acquiring manager
- Manage and optimize limited budgets for maximum ROI
Key skills & qualifications
- Qualification in business or marketing is preferred but candidates with strong relevant work experience will also be considered
- 3-6 years relevant experience in sales & marketing
- Digital marketing skills and knowledge
- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition with limited budgets
- Data-driven mindset with strong experimentation skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership mentality
- Highly hands-on execution
- Fast experimentation with quick decision-making
- Good verbal and written English communication, negotiation and PR skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner
