CRM & Systems Administrator
About the company
London Trading Index (LTI) is a CFD and forex brokerage headquartered in London. We are building a BPO operations hub in Colombo to support our global back-office functions and regional growth across South and Southeast Asia. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a lean, high-performance team at the start of something significant.
The role
This is the most technically demanding role in the Colombo BPO team. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the systems the entire operation runs on — from CRM platforms and trading system integrations to IB back-end administration and commission processing. If the systems are not functioning, the operation is not functioning. This is a foundational hire.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer the primary CRM platform: client account segregations, registration workflows, account type assignments, and verification flows
- Manage the copy trading module: master/follower configuration, commission structures, and display settings
- Administer the marketing CRM: email and SMS campaign setup, drip sequences, lead scoring, and landing page management
- Configure and manage the VOIP telephony system: IVR setup, call queues, agent routing, campaign dialling, and call recording management
- Manage platform integrations: CRM-to-trading platform synchronisation, PSP connections, and marketing automation flows
- IB back-end administration: configure IB accounts, set commission structures, generate tracking links, oversee monthly commission payouts via CRM logic, and maintain the IB portal
- Build and maintain operational and management reporting dashboards
- Administer user access controls and system permissions across all platforms
- Support call centre operations with campaign segregation, lead list management, and CRM configuration
- Document all system configurations, processes, and integration logic comprehensively
Requirements
- 2+ years in a CRM administration, systems administration, or technical operations role
- Hands-on back-end configuration experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Forex, CFD, or fintech CRM experience is a significant advantage
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data flows between systems
- Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a bonus
- Forex, CFD, or fintech background strongly preferred
- Methodical and detail-oriented with the ability to own technical problems independently
- Full training on all proprietary platforms and systems will be provided directly by London leadership
Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- EPF/ETF contributions in line with statutory requirements
- Medical insurance
- Opportunity to grow within a globally regulated brokerage entering the SL/SEA market
