CRM Manager

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management processes, maintain accurate records, and help drive customer satisfaction and business growth across our UK operations from our Colombo office.

Key responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage the CRM system and ensure data accuracy
  2. Maintain and update customer information and records
  3. Monitor customer interactions and follow up on enquiries
  4. Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience
  6. Ensure GDPR compliance and data security standards are met

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  3. Excellent data management and analytical skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
