Cricket Manager

Responsibilities

1. Operations management: lead and coordinate all senior, junior, and academy cricket teams, including fixtures and matchday logistics.
2. Academy & development: nurture talent by managing the Colts Cricket Academy, coaching staff, and player progression plans.
3. Facilities oversight: coordinate ground maintenance, pitch preparation, and pavilion management to ensure competitive standards.
4. Administration & liaison: act as the primary liaison with Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and manage player records, registrations, and compliance.

Candidate profile

1. Experience: proven background in cricket administration or sports management. First-class cricket participation is a strong advantage.
2. Age: 35 to 50 years.
3. Skills: excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with a deep understanding of cricket frameworks.
4. Commitment: passionate about cricket development and available to work evenings and weekends as required.
