Ideal candidate profile

Education & experience

1. Degree or diploma in marketing, design, communications or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, branding or digital marketing

Skills

1. Social media management & content planning
2. Adobe Photoshop, Canva & graphic design
3. AI content creation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.)
4. Copywriting & caption development
5. Client communication & relationship management
6. Reels, short-form video & content creation
7. Photography & video editing (advantage)
8. Excellent time management & organizational skills
9. Strong creative vision & attention to detail

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow Clove Group’s digital presence across social media platforms
2. Create engaging content, graphics, advertisements, reels, and campaigns
3. Utilize AI tools to generate innovative content and marketing ideas
4. Handle client inquiries and maintain professional communication
5. Coordinate with the design team to showcase projects and products effectively
6. Assist with branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
7. Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies
8. Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all channels
