We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as:
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and corporate companies, embassies, and insurance partners.
- Coordinate corporate patient admissions, medical check-up packages, and employee healthcare programs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Manage corporate billing, credit facilities, and insurance approvals in collaboration with the finance and patient accounts teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR and administrative contacts to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing corporate proposals, service agreements, and periodic reports on corporate account performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support promotional activities and corporate outreach initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage.
- Educational qualification: A diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in corporate coordination, client relationship management, or business development, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Core competencies: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with basic billing or CRM systems.
- Other attributes: Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism with high-profile clients, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
