Key responsibilities

  1. Monitor and optimize budgetary recoveries of lapsed and current membership subscriptions.
  2. Assist in managing resource allocation for various events conducted by MRD.
  3. Oversee the planning, coordination, and recovery of membership subscriptions.
  4. Issuance of membership certificates to new members.
  5. Collaborate with committees and sub-committees to address research and data analysis requirements.
  6. Support initiatives to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
  7. Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
  8. Liaise with CA sub-groups to facilitate and support their programs.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member data in the system.
  10. Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
  12. Foster positive relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support for member-related activities.
  14. Provide guidance and support to ensure high team performance.

Qualifications and skills

  1. A recognized degree from a local or international university or a full professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
  2. 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  3. Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  8. Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  9. A male candidate preferred.
