Senior resident project manager – Colombo

1. BSc degree in civil engineering with 15 years of experience.
2. Experience in high-rise building constructions, considered an added advantage.

Site engineers – Colombo

1. BSc degree in civil engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in building and infrastructure projects

Mechanical engineer – Negombo / Colombo

1. BSc degree in mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical works in building projects.

Technical officer (civil) – Negombo / Colombo

1. NCT or equivalent qualification in the relevant field with 8 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Technical officer (electrical/mechanical/ICT) – Negombo/ Colombo/ Kandy

1. NCT or equivalent qualification in the relevant field with 8 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Quality assurance engineer (civil) – Colombo

1. BSc in engineering with 8 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Quality assurance engineer (mechanical) – Kandy

1. Chartered engineer
2. BSc in engineering with 10 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Green consultant – Kandy (part-time)

1. Professionally qualified BSc environmental engineer with 10 years of experience.

Quantity surveyor – Colombo

1. BSc in QS with minimum 03 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Assistant quantity surveyor – Colombo

1. NCT or equivalent qualification with minimum 03 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects

Assistant bid manager – Colombo

1. Minimum 03 years of experience in the bidding process in a consulting firm.

Architectural draughtperson – Colombo

1. NCT or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/building projects
