Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years post qualifying experience
2. A Master’s degree (MSc in Construction Management / Project Management) is an added advantage
3. The experience preferably in highrise building construction projects
4. Good knowledge of construction methods and methodologies
5. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
6. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
7. Risk assessment, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
