Cluster digital marketing manager

Oak Ray Hotels & Resorts is seeking a commercially driven and creatively sharp cluster digital marketing manager to lead the digital growth of our multi-property portfolio. This is not a conventional marketing role. You will sit at the intersection of revenue, distribution, and brand, owning the full digital ecosystem from website performance and paid media to CRM, content, and online reputation.

What you will do

Drive visibility. Increase direct bookings. Maximize ROI.

Digital strategy & commercial alignment

  1. Lead and execute a group-wide digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and sales objectives.
  2. Develop targeted campaigns for each property to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  3. Work closely with revenue, sales, and distribution teams to align promotions, pricing, and demand periods.
  4. Manage digital budgets with a strong ROI and performance mindset.

Website & direct channel growth

  1. Own and optimize all hotel websites (UX, SEO, mobile performance, conversion tools).
  2. Drive direct bookings through offers, remarketing, and loyalty-led campaigns.
  3. Implement A/B testing, analytics tracking, and conversion optimization strategies.
  4. Collaborate with developers and agencies to enhance booking journeys.

Performance marketing (SEO, SEM, Meta, Meta-search)

  1. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and display networks.
  2. Oversee meta-search platforms (Google hotel ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago).
  3. Conduct keyword strategy and continuous SEO improvements.
  4. Monitor and improve key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA.

Social media & content leadership

  1. Lead the social media strategy across all properties.
  2. Build strong, consistent storytelling aligned with brand positioning.
  3. Drive engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  4. Execute influencer collaborations and digital PR initiatives.

CRM & guest lifecycle marketing

  1. Manage CRM campaigns including newsletters, pre-arrival and post-stay journeys.
  2. Segment databases to improve repeat business and guest value.
  3. Track performance: open rates, CTR, conversions.
  4. Ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Online reputation & brand perception

  1. Monitor and manage reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAs.
  2. Work with operations to improve guest satisfaction and ratings.
  3. Implement tools for review tracking and sentiment analysis.

Analytics, reporting & insights

  1. Deliver monthly performance dashboards across all properties.
  2. Track KPIs across traffic, conversions, revenue contribution, and campaign performance.
  3. Use insights to continuously refine strategy and unlock growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for

  1. 4-6+ years in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality or travel.
  2. Strong understanding of hotel digital ecosystems (OTAs, meta, booking engines, CRM).
  3. Proven track record in performance marketing and direct booking growth.
  4. Hands-on experience with Google analytics, tag manager, SEO tools, and ad platforms.
  5. Commercial mindset with a strong focus on ROI and revenue impact.
  6. Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.
  7. Strong storytelling, content, and brand sensibility.
  8. Minimum 05 years experience in sales and marketing preferably hospitality industry.
