Cinema Manager

Responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for the operations of the cinema and to ensure the budgeted performance is achieved by delivering on key performance indicators of achieving ticket and café sales revenue and managing costs.
2. Lead, engage and develop your team to ensure high standard of operational procedures and standards are maintained to deliver excellent guest experience.
3. Drive engagement scores in cinema through your leadership, and drive a positive performance culture.
4. Engaging with patrons to grow guest satisfaction scores and customer loyalty.
5. Working closely with senior management to successfully implement company initiatives in an engaging and inspiring way.
6. Train and develop team members, encourage, and promote teamwork, in order to increase productivity.
7. Oversee the maintenance of cinema premises, equipment and consumables and ensure they are kept in good condition.
8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily performance as per the agreed procedures.
9. Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, and compliance with financial and operational policies, while working with the finance team for timely reporting and documentation.

Requirements

1. Diploma in management, hospitality, accounting or similar qualifications from recognized institution.
2. Strong communication skills, verbal/ written and negotiation skills.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
4. Age between 35 to 45 years.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
6. Should be a goal oriented and organized team player.
