1. 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations
2. Ability to coordinate effectively with front office staff
3. Experience in handling OTA, social media, and online guest inquiries professionally
4. Experience in dealing with travel agents
5. Professional appearance with a positive attitude
6. Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems

All-rounder (service)

Requirements:

1. GCE O/L or related qualification
2. 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations preferred
3. Experience in F&B, housekeeping, and front office operations required
4. Strong focus on guest satisfaction and positive reviews
5. Good communication and guest handling skills
6. Professional appearance and team-oriented personality
