Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the company’s financial reporting and accounting operations.
2. Monitor internal control systems and ensure full regulatory compliance.
3. Manage tax planning, filings, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
4. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and provide strategic financial analysis to the management.
5. Direct cash flow management and coordinate investment strategies to optimize financial performance.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a finance or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
2. Proficiency in modern ERP systems and MS Excel.
3. Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
